My journey into the world of raw vegan and vegetarian cooking. My goal is to increase my consumption of raw food and in doing so, reclaim my health and vitality, in addition to losing weight. To make this journey fun and rewarding, I will find and create super ridiculously "RAW"nchy recipes that titillate the taste buds. Raw Dried Cinnamon Apples

I know this is really basic, but since I am new to the world of dehydration, I was surprised at how difficult it was to find instructions for "live" dried apples. (For those without a D, you can do this in your oven). Either way, drying cinnamon apples leaves your home smelling super fabulous!

Is This Site Informative?

I am not 100% raw vegan or vegetarian. I strive to prepare meals that are healthy, nourishing, nutritious and energizing. As part of the process in reclaiming my health, I hope to eliminate the painful and debilitating side-effects of Interstitial Cystitis. While my goal is to include as many living foods as I can, I realize this will take some transitioning. For now, the content will be a melting pot of raw vegan and vegetarian.

I love creating, and I absolutely love it when my creation is pleasing to others, especially my partner. While my partner, W is an awesome cook himself, he has no experience in this arena, so creating things that will tantalize his taste buds, that I know he has never tried before, is especially rewarding to me.

I am by no means an expert in the field...just a journeyer exploring the world of good, "RAW"nchy food!
